Ms. Meixi Chen specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions (M&A), foreign direct investment (FDI), product and technology licensing (license-in and license-out), and private equity and venture capital (PE/VC).
Ms. Chen has extensively advised both Chinese and international clients on cross-border M&A transactions, greenfield investments, joint venture formations, private equity investments, and strategic restructurings. Additionally, she regularly advises multinational companies on general corporate matters. Ms. Chen possesses extensive industry experience covering sectors such as pharmaceuticals and medical devices, traditional and new energy, semiconductors, automotive, consumer products, and industrials.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Chen practiced at the Baker McKenzie FenXun Joint Operation Office, King & Wood Mallesons, and Allen & Overy.
