Ms. Little joined Han Kun in 2025. Prior to joining the firm, she completed a postdoctoral fellowship at Rutgers Law Associates where she litigated civil and criminal matters and advised clients on corporate and estate planning matters. Her experience spans both public and private sectors, supporting international organizations, government entities, and multinational companies on compliance and human rights matters.
While in law school, Ms. Little supported Jorge Contesse, a member of the United Nations Committee Against Torture, in preparing legal memoranda and investigative analysis of state's compliance with the Convention Against Torture. As a student attorney on the International Law and Human Rights Clinic, she co-authored a white paper on rape investigations in the United States which was submitted to the UN Rapporteur on Violence Against Women. In addition, Ms. Little has worked on projects aimed at advising on global supply chain human rights due diligence and the integration of OECD guidelines into commercial agreements and supplier codes of conduct.
