Professionals KWOK Ting Fung (Alan)

Work experience

Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices LLP, Mr. Kwok served as an information officer at a media big data and intelligent business intelligence specialist company.  He received training and worked in the dispute resolution department and corporate finance department of a reputable domestic law firm in Hong Kong.  His practice currently focuses on Hong Kong IPOs, compliance for listed companies, and general commercial matters.

Educational background

Mr. Kwok holds a Juris Doctor (J.D.) and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He also earned a Bachelor of Arts in History (First Class Honors) from Lingnan University and a Master of Social Science in Public Policy from The Chinese University of Hong Kong.  He was admitted as a solicitor of the High Court of Hong Kong SAR in 2023.
