Professionals Yuanjun Fang

Work experience

Ms. Fang began her career as a lawyer in 2022.  After working at Beijing Tian Yuan Law Firm for two years, she pursued further studies at New York University School of Law in the United States.  Ms. Fang joined Han Kun Lw Offices in August 2025, where she specializes in cross-border mergers and acquisitions, investment and financing, overseas restructuring, and overseas capital markets.

Educational background

Ms. Fang obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English Language and Literature from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022 and earned a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from New York University in the United States in 2025.
