Professionals Chengze Xu

Work experience

Mr. Xu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since August 2025, where he specializes investment fund formation and management.  Before that, Mr. Xu has completed an internship in Hunter Taubman Fischer & Li LLC, a boutique law firm in New York, and gained valuable experience in the U.S. capital market, security regulation and corporate governance.

Educational background

Mr. Xu received a Bachelor of Law Degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2024, and an LL.M. degree from NYU School of Law in 2025.
