He provides strategic legal guidance across all stages of transactions, including deal structuring, legal due diligence, contract negotiation, and project execution, enabling state-owned and large enterprises to mitigate risks, optimize deal frameworks, and achieve seamless implementation.
In addition, Mr. Wang has extensive experience in general corporate matters. He has provided a variety of compliance and day-to-day legal advisory services to both foreign-invested and state-owned enterprises, including corporate governance, contract management, and business compliance, assisting clients in optimizing internal processes and managing legal risks.
