Ms. Jing specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, drafting and reviewing legal documents, and corporate compliance matters.  Ms. Jing has broad experience in industries including healthcare and consumer goods.

Educational background

Ms. Jing received an LL.B. degree from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics in 2022.  In 2023, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Cornell University.
