Work experience

Ms. Wen specializes in the formation and operation of venture capital, private equity, and other types of private funds denominated in both USD and RMB, as well as the registration and filing of domestic private fund managers and private funds.  Her legal services include drafting and reviewing fund documentation, conducting legal due diligence for private fund managers and investment funds, and advising on compliance and operational matters throughout the fund lifecycle.
