Work experience

Ms. Ren provides support for mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, general corporate matters, and corporate compliance.  She assists foreign-invested enterprises with legal issues related to their investment and operations in China, including drafting and reviewing legal documents and supporting due diligence and corporate registrations/filings.

Educational background

Ms. Ren received a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Shanghai International Studies University in 2022, and an LL.M. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2025.
