Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in private equity and venture capital, as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Her main responsibilities include conducting legal due diligence, performing legal and policy research, and drafting transaction documents.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Wang worked as an in-house counsel for Huatai Securities.

Educational background

Ms. Wang obtained an LL.B. from School of International Studies, Peking University in 2021 and a Juris Master degree from Peking University Law School in 2024.
