Work experience

Ms Chen has been working in Han Kun Law Offices since April 2024.
Ms. Chen focuses on private equity and venture capital, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  In the course of her practice, Ms. Chen has provided professional support to clients in various industries such as biopharmaceuticals, machinery manufacturing, consumer goods, etc. Her experience covers a full range of legal services, including legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing of transaction documents, handling of corporate compliance matters, as well as legal and policy research.
