Work experience

Mr. Cheng interned at several well-known domestic law firms during his university studies.  His current practice focuses on providing legal services in financial regulation, asset management, cross-border investment and financing, derivatives, and related fields to various domestic and international financial institutions and asset management organizations. He has advised many renowned financial institutions, fintech companies, and financial services enterprises both in China and abroad, and possesses extensive experience in cross-border investment and financing, data, and financial compliance.

Mr. Cheng graduated from Peking University, where he earned a Bachelor of Laws degree.
