Work experience

Ms. Chen specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services include due diligence, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Chen received an LL.B. degree in 2022 from Fudan University.  In 2025, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Fudan University.
