Ms. Yang mainly engages in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, outbound and inbound investment, domestic and overseas reorganizations and listings, and general corporate matters in fields such as the Internet, semiconductors, information technology, energy healthcare and pharmaceuticals, and manufacturing. Her services include conducting legal due diligence investigations, drafting, translation and proofreading legal documents, as well as conducting legal research.
Ms. Yang graduated from the Beijing Foreign Studies University in 2021, majoring in French and minoring in Law. In 2025, she graduated from the Comparative Law School of China University of Political Science and Law with a master's degree in law. Prior to that, she obtained a master's degree in French and European Law at Université Paris-Panthéon-Assas.
