Work experience

Mr. Chen joined Han Kun Law Offices in July 2022, having previously practiced at Tian Yuan Law Firm.
Mr. Chen specializes in commercial dispute resolution. His experience encompasses handling litigation and arbitration cases relating to securities misrepresentation, equity repurchase, private equity funds, asset management, corporate governance, partnerships, guarantee contracts, insurance business contracts, and construction projects.  These matters span industries such as finance, food and beverage, healthcare, insurance, and real estate.
Mr. Chen also provides perennial legal services for large enterprises and listed companies.

Educational background

Mr. Chen obtained his Bachelor of Law degree in 2018 and Master of Law degree in 2021, both from East China University of Political Science and Law.  He also obtained an LL.M. degree from Queen Mary University of London in 2020.
