Mr. Youcun Shen began his legal practice in 2022 and joined Han Kun Law Offices in 2025. Prior to joining Han Kun, he worked at the Shanghai office of JunHe LLP. Mr. Shen's primary practice areas include private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, cross-border investments, and other complex commercial transactions. Mr. Shen is well-versed in structuring cross-border investment transactions, drafting and negotiating transaction documents, conducting regulatory compliance reviews, and managing complex projects. He has advised a wide range of prominent domestic and international investment funds and corporations, with transactions spanning sectors such as technology, consumer goods, healthcare, and media and entertainment.
Mr. Shen also previously interned at the Shanghai office of Dorsey & Whitney LLP and at Zhong Lun Law Firm in Beijing, where he gained substantial experience in cross-border transactions and regulatory compliance matters.
