Work experience

Ms. Duan's practice focuses on capital markets matters, including representing mainland Chinese issuers and international underwriters in initial public offerings in the United States and Hong Kong, as well as advising listed companies on follow-on offerings, equity incentive plans, and other corporate governance matters.

Educational background

Ms. Duan received an LL.B. degree in 2022 from Peking University, and an LL.M. degree in corporate and financial law in 2023 from The University of Hong Kong.
