Work experience

Ms. Wang specializes in capital markets and other corporate transactions.  She has represented many Chinese issuers and international underwriters in Hong Kong IPOs and U.S. IPOs and has represented listed companies in handling various compliance, corporate governance, and transactional matters.

Educational background

Ms. Wang received a Bachelor of Law degree and a Bachelor of Management degree in Accounting from the University of International Business and Economics in 2019.  She also received an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University in 2020.
