Work experience

Ms. Zhao's practice focuses on capital markets and other general corporate matters, including representing issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings in the U.S. and Hong Kong, de-SPAC related transactions, Rule 144A/Regulation S debt offerings, follow-on offerings, SEC compliance and corporate governance, as well as pre-IPO general corporate matters such as corporate structure and option plans.

Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zhao worked at Kirkland & Ellis, Winston & Strawn, Clifford Chance, and Zhong Lun Law Firm.

Educational background

Ms. Zhao received her bachelor's degree from Fudan University School of Law in 2016 and an LL.M. degree from Georgetown University Law Center in 2017.
