Work experience

Ni Xiao specializes in domestic and international capital markets as well as mergers and acquisitions.  Her primary responsibilities include conducting due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, and performing legal and policy research.

Educational background

Ni Xiao graduated from China University of Political Science and Law in 2023 with a Bachelor of Laws degree and a Bachelor of Management degree.  She later received a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Northwestern University in 2024.
