Educational background

Ms. Ni obtained her undergraduate degree from Wesleyan University, where she majored in the College of Social Studies (History, Government, Political and Social Theory, and Economics) and French Studies, and minored in Data Analysis.  She also holds a Juris Doctor degree and a Postgraduate Certificate in Laws from the University of Hong Kong.
