Work experience

Ms. Luo specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, and foreign direct investment.  Her legal services mainly include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, providing legal advice for corporate compliance, and conducting legal research on various aspects of both PRC and foreign laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Luo graduated from the University of International Business and Economics with a Bachelor of Law degree in 2023 and a Master of Law degree from Chinese University of Hong Kong in 2024.
