Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, capital markets, outbound investment, and foreign direct investment.  Her legal services mainly include conducting legal due diligence, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, providing legal advice for corporate compliance, and conducting legal research on various aspects of both PRC and foreign laws and policies.
Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Li interned at King & Wood Mallesons.

Educational background

Ms. Li received an LL.B. degree in 2023 from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies.  In 2024, she obtained an LL.M. degree from Northwestern University.
