Ms. Du has extensive experience in IPOs, material asset restructurings, and mergers and acquisitions in the A share market. She has provided legal services to many start-ups and emerging companies and public companies in relation to their various PRC legal matters and has represented clients in numerous projects across diverse industries such as TMT, innovative technology and manufacturing, life sciences and healthcare, food, and environment and energy.
