Work experience

Ms. Lang has been engaged in legal work since 2023, mainly practicing in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, securities, capital markets, and corporate legal matters.  Ms. Lang has provided legal services for investment and financing projects, equity incentive projects, and long-term legal advisory projects for multiple companies, accumulating rich practical experience.

Educational background

Ms. Lang received a Bachelor's degree in Law from Wuhan University in 2019 and a Master's degree in International Law from Wuhan University in 2022.
