Work experience

Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mrs. Ding was an associate in the Shanghai office of Grandall Law Firm.  Mrs. Ding focuses her practice on private equity and venture capital investment, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  She has worked closely with clients in a range of industries such as medicine, semiconductors, and real estate.

Educational background

Mrs. Ding obtained an LL.B. degree in 2018 from Shanghai International Studies University and an LL.M. degree in 2020 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  Mrs. Ding also received a B.A. degree from Shanghai International Studies University in 2018.
