Mr. Yunzhou Wang joined Han Kun's Shanghai office in 2024, after previously practicing at Shanghai Llinks Law Office. Mr. Wang specializes in commercial dispute resolution, with a strong foundation in civil and commercial law, international law, and international economic law. He has handled and represented clients in a variety of cases, including disputes involving service contracts, trustee liability, equity repurchases, corporate control, and convertible bond contracts. These cases have been heard before several arbitration institutions, including the China International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (CIETAC), Beijing Arbitration Commission (BAC), Shanghai International Economic and Trade Arbitration Commission (SHIAC), and Shanghai Arbitration Commission (SHAC), as well as various courts across China, including the Supreme People's Court.
