Work experience

Ms. Li joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2024.  Prior to joining the firm, Ms. Li worked at Haiwen & Partners for two years.  Ms. Li specializes in mergers and acquisitions, venture capital and private equity investment, capital markets, and general corporate matters.  She has represented many domestic and international funds and start-ups in various industries such as SaaS, semiconductors, chemicals, consumer products, and more.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2020, and  received her LL.M. degree from Northwestern Pritzker School of Law in 2022.
