Work experience

Ms. Feng joined Han Kun Law Offices in July 2024.
Ms. Feng focuses on commercial dispute resolution.  She has participated in litigation and arbitration cases involving equity transfers and repurchases, asset management, construction engineering, bond misrepresentation, commercial contractual disputes, and corporate disputes.  With solid legal foundation and a diligent work attitude, Ms. Feng is capable of flexibly and quickly handling matters and assisting in dealing with complex cases.

Educational background

Ms. Feng obtained her bachelor's degree in Law in 2022 and her master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law in 2024, both from Fudan University.
