Ms. Bingru Ma joined Han Kun Law Offices in September 2024, where she focuses on international commercial arbitration, cross-border dispute resolution, and domestic commercial litigation.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Ma worked as a Legal Case Manager at the WIPO Arbitration and Mediation Center for three years.  Alongside her role as a Legal Case Manager, Ms. Ma significantly contributed to the WIPO Center's development of a dispute resolution policy tailored to the specific needs China's national domains.  Thanks to the dedicated efforts of Ms. Ma and her colleagues, as of August 1, 2019, the WIPO Center has become the only non-Chinese entity to offer domain name dispute resolution services internationally for the .CN and .中国 (China) country code Top-Level Domains (ccTLD), which are among the world's largest ccTLDs.

Ms. Ma Bingru obtained a Master of Laws degree in Transnational Arbitration and Dispute Settlement (TADS Program) from Sciences Po in 2024, a Master of Laws degree in International Law from the University of International Business and Economics (UIBE) in 2019, and a Bachelor's degree in Management from the UIBE in 2016.
