Work experience

Ms. Xu has been working at Han Kun Law Offices since September 2024.  Prior to that, she worked at Global Law Office from 2022 to August 2024 and interned with King & Wood Mallesons and Haiwen & Partners in 2020.
Ms. Xu specializes in private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, project finance and general corporate affairs.  She has provided legal services for many Chinese and international companies in a variety of transactions in different industries such as real estate, consumer goods, healthcare, pharmaceuticals, Internet, finance and food.

Educational background

Ms. Xu received an LL.B. degree in 2021 from Tsinghua University.  In 2022. she obtained an LL.M. degree from University of Pennsylvania.
