Work experience

Mr. Suo focuses his practice on capital markets and other corporate matters, including initial public offerings in the United States and Hong Kong and SPAC-related transactions.
Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Suo worked at Kirkland & Ellis International LLP and Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP, where he gained extensive experience in capital markets.

Educational background

Mr. Suo graduated from China University of Political Science and Law with an LL.B. degree and an LL.M. degree.  He also received an LL.M. degree from the University of Virginia School of Law.
