Work experience

Ms. Li specializes in private equity and venture capital, capital markets, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include conducting due diligence, researching legal issues, and reviewing, drafting, and translating transaction documents.

Educational background

Ms. Li received her Bachelor of Laws degree from East China University of Political Science and Law in 2022.  In 2024, Ms. Li obtained her Master of Laws degree (in corporate law) from New York University.
