Work experience

Mr. Bian specializes in IP dispute resolution.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, he worked on the IP litigation team with a well-known law firm in China, where he handled cases related to SEP disputes, among other matters.

Educational background

Mr.Bian received a Bachelor of Science degree from Yangzhou University in 2017, a Master of Laws degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2020, and a Master of Science degree from Maastricht University in 2021.
