Ms. Lo regularly advises issuers and underwriters on the initial public offerings on The Stock Exchange of Hong Kong Limited and advises Hong Kong-listed companies on a wide range of transactions, regulatory compliance, and other general corporate matters. Ms. Lo also provides legal advice to various U.S-listed companies on U.S. securities law matters in connection with capital markets transactions and regulatory compliance.
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices LLP, Ms. Lo practiced law with several reputable law firms and primarily engaged in the handling of capital markets-related matters.
