Work experience

Ms. Wang focuses on capital markets transactions and other corporate matters, including representation of issuers and underwriters in initial public offerings in the United States and Hong Kong, high-yield and investment grade debt offerings, cross-border mergers and acquisitions, and venture capital financing.

Educational background

Ms. Wang obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Peking University.  She also holds a Master of Laws degree from University of Pennsylvania Carey Law School.
