Work experience

Ms. Zhan focuses on life science and healthcare, corporate compliance, data protection, and mergers and acquisitions.  Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Ms. Zhan practiced at other leading internationally renowned law firms such as Jones Day, JunHe, Fangda Partners, and Herbert Smiths Freehills.

Educational background

Ms. Zhan received a Bachelor of Laws degree and a dual degree in Economics from Peking University in 2023, and a Master of Laws degree from New York University (NYU) in 2024.
