Work experience

Ms. Huang joined Han Kun Law Offices after she earned her master's degree in 2024.  She focuses on private equity and venture capital investments, mergers and acquisitions, and capital markets, and is responsible for drafting legal documents, due diligence, legal and policy research, and reviewing and revising contract documents.

Educational background

Ms. Huang received her LL.B. degree from China University of Political Science and Law in 2022 and her LL.M. degree from Peking University in 2024.
