Ms. Huang has been practicing law since 2020, focusing on the formation of investment funds (both USD and RMB denominated), private equity, and venture capital. She previously worked at a prominent offshore international law firm's China office and a well-known local firm, where she led and participated in the establishment of numerous offshore funds, manager registration, ongoing compliance matters, termination and liquidation, and other aspects, covering the entire lifecycle of private funds. The types of funds she has worked with include PE/VC funds, hedge funds, single portfolio funds, funds of funds, and crypto-related funds. The fund structures she has handled include corporate funds, partnership funds, umbrella funds, and various innovative combinations. In addition, Ms. Huang has also been involved in overseas PE/VC financing transactions, debt financing transactions, and general corporate matters.
