Work experience

Ms. Xia specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  Her legal services mainly include legal due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Ms. Xia received her Bachelor of Law degree in 2021 from Sun Yat-sen University, and later obtained her Juris Master degree from Peking University in 2024.
