Mr. Lyu specializes in civil and commercial litigation and arbitration. He has assisted in resolving disputes arising out of equity investments and financings, such as share repurchase disputes under both the red-chip and domestic structures, as well as disputes over convertible bonds. Mr. Lyu also handles standard commercial disputes, such as those involving loan contracts and sales agreements. Prior to joining Han Kun, Mr. Lyu interned in the cross-border dispute resolution group of TianTong Law Firm and the investment banking department of a reputable securities firm.
