Work experience

Mr. Yao focuses on handling commercial dispute resolution cases and perennial legal services, especially in the fields of real estate and construction project disputes.  
Prior to joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Yao served as in-house counsel for a Fortune 500 construction company and interned with Commerce & Finance Law Offices.

Educational background

Mr. Yao received an LL.B. degree in 2022 from East China University of Political Science and Law.  He also received an LL.M. degree from Cornell University in 2024.
