Mr. Huang primarily focuses on Hong Kong capital market-related practices.  Before joining Han Kun Law Offices, Mr. Huang worked at Paul Hastings and was involved in multiple IPO projects in Hong Kong.

Mr. Huang obtained a Bachelor of Laws degree from Guangdong University of Foreign Studies, and a Master of Laws (LL.M.) degree from Boston University School of Law.
