Work experience

Ms. Peng’s practice primarily focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, outbound investment, foreign direct investment, overseas restructuring and listing, and general corporate matters.  Ms. Peng’s legal services include conducting due diligence, drafting, translating and reviewing legal documents, and conducting legal research. 
Before joining Han Kun, Ms. Peng interned at Fangda Partners.

Educational background

Ms. Peng graduated from Xiamen University with an LL.M. degree in 2024.  Prior to that, Ms. Peng obtained her LL.B. degree from Wuhan University in 2021.
