Work experience

Mr. Wang specializes in venture capital and private equity, foreign direct investment, mergers and acquisitions, and general corporate matters.  His legal services include due diligence, drafting, reviewing and translating transaction documents, general corporate matters, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

Mr. Wang obtained his Juris Master degree from Peking University Law School in 2024.  Prior to that, Mr. Wang graduated with an LL.B. from the School of International Studies of Peking University in 2021.
