Work experience

Mr. Yang began his legal career with internships at JunHe and King & Wood Mallesons, which laid a solid foundation for his career at Han Kun Law Offices. His practice focuses on private equity and venture capital, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters.  Mr. Yang has a proven track record in handling transactions across industries such as TMT, advanced manufacturing, and pharmaceuticals.

Educational background

Mr. Yang holds a Bachelor of Science and a Bachelor of Laws from Shanghai Jiao Tong University and a Master of Laws from Peking University.
