Work experience

Ms. Xu specializes in venture capital and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, foreign direct investment, and general corporate matters in fields such as technology, Internet, telecommunications, media, and medical treatment.  Her services mainly include due diligence investigations, drafting and reviewing transaction documents, corporate compliance, and legal research on various aspects of PRC laws and policies.

Educational background

In 2019, Ms. Xu received an LL.B. degree from East China University of Political Science and Law.  In 2020, Ms. Xu received her master's degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
