Work experience

Ms. Kuang joined Han Kun Law Office in 2024, where she mainly engages in IP-related legal services, including patent invalidation, patent litigation, and copyright compliance, among others. Before join Han Kun, Ms. Kuang worked as a legal advisor in a state-owned listed company, where she mainly engaged in contract review, regulatory review, and corporate compliance.

Educational background

Ms. Kuang received a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Applied Chemistry and a Certificate Minor in Intellectual Property from Dalian University of Technology in 2019 and a Juris Master for Non-Legal Majors from Peking University Law School in 2022.
