Yu Wang’s practice focuses on U.S. securities law matters in connection with capital markets transactions. Mr. Wang regularly represents issuers in initial public offerings on Nasdaq, NYSE, and listing through de-SPAC transactions. Mr. Wang also provides legal advice on compliance and corporate governance matters to a number of U.S-listed companies, as well as representing U.S-listed companies in follow-on public offerings, PIPE transactions, and acquisitions. Mr. Wang also regularly advises companies and institutional investors on pre-IPO investments and private placement transactions.
