Work experience

Ms. Zeng specializes in competition/anti-trust and compliance.  Her legal services include merger filings, antitrust investigations, and corporate compliance.  Prior to joining Han Kun, Ms. Zeng worked at Shearman & Sterling LLP Beijing Representative Office.

Educational background

Ms. Zeng received a Bachelor of Arts degree in English in 2020 from Peking University and an LL.M. in 2023 from the University of Chinese Academy of Social Sciences.
